Brewing Competition
Once again it has come time for the brewers of the East to raise
our
arms and our glasses in war with the brewers of our neighboring
Atlantia. In two of the past three years, the East has claimed
brewing victory over our fair neighbors to the south, however, the
Kingdom Crusades Brewing Challenge scroll currently resides in
Atlantia. Come help us reclaim the scroll.
Kingdom Crusades Brewing Competition will be held Saturday, October
6th at 1pm. Entries will be accepted on the stage of the Barn
Theatre between 11am and 1pm. Judging will start at 1pm. Entries
and judging sheets should be picked up in the barn after 5pm.
Categories - Beer, Mead, Wine, Cordials, Other
Special Category - Novice (for brewers who have not entered a
competition before)

will then be averaged and the Kingdom with the highest average score

INTER-KINGDOM BREWERS GUILD COMPETION
The Inter
Kingdom Brewers Guild (IKBG) is a collection of brewers, who get together at
every possible opportunity to share brews and knowledge amongst themselves, with
the more experienced brewers (as recognized by the IKBG) being tasked to
evaluate, critique, and judge beverages from all the other brewers who wish to
participate. The IKBG competition is focused on the product itself and its
drinkability, provides a place for brewers to have their beverages evaluated by
other brewers in a forum that is focused on the beverage. Brewers are asked to
bring documentation describing the method and some background on the beverage
they have produced. More information on the Inter Kingdom Brewers Guild and the
entry forms can be found at the IKBG webpage: http://www.greydragon.org/ikbg/index.html
